The Talent Specialist (TS) as part of our team is responsible for mission-critical elements of the company’s operations including the recruiting of talent, conducting interviews and reference checks, supporting sales, and certain other sales activities such as lead generation. In addition this role will handle the placement of talent at our customers and performing quality control checks of contractor performance with our customers for the lifecycle of a sale.
The TS works for the Senior Talent Architect (STA) and with the sales team to ensure the talent checklist and statement of work (SOW) for client engagements are properly documented and utilized in the selection of talent for assignments with customers. At times, the TS will be asked to cover some STA responsibilities when the STA is away on an assignment or on vacation.
The TS participates in defining the company’s overall recruiting strategy and the detailed plans to support talent needed for each opportunity.The TS is responsible for determining the best resource(s) to bring forward to the customer during the sales cycle.The TS will liaise tightly with the sales team overall and use these insights to assist in planning proactive recruiting projects to build the inventory of talent to enable the company to be continually ready for surges in talent demand.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting professionals.
- Superior skills in communications – both written and verbal.
- Computer savvy, superior Google, Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of customers.
- Customer / Client engagement skills – at least 5 years’ experience.
- Superior attention to detail skills.
- Will execute non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements as a condition of employment.
Desirable attributes
- Experience as a consultant and or the interim expert talent industry.
- An understanding of what a ‘good’ top-level Operational Excellence professional does.
- Previous employment with a consulting or recruiting or staffing firm.
- Basic understanding of tangible goods industries such as complex manufacturing, energy, medical device, pharma, logistics, etc.
Salary : $25 - $45
