Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and retain commercial business by meeting with prospects and customers to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Gather financial and business information, perform credit analyses, and communicate with customers to close sales.
- Continuously develop and expand your knowledge of commercial products and services.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial lending or related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial loan products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Compensation Package
