IT Support Technician
Founded in 1996, MetalQuest Unlimited is a precision machining company located in Hebron, NE. We specialize in tight tolerance machining, utilizing the latest technologies available. We make component pieces for agriculture, oil & gas, hydraulics, and firearms, along with several other industries. We constantly think outside of the box in search of innovative solutions to our customers’ manufacturing needs.
About the Job:
Our IT Support Technician will have the opportunity to assist with networks and servers. You’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot different programs, and assist in upgrading installations.
What to Expect:
- Provide support to users and be the first point of contact for error reporting
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Perform tests and evaluations of new software and hardware
- Train computer users on new systems
This position is an on-site/in person role. Occasional evenings and weekends will be required due to system updates.
