Description
At MetaSource, we help customers solve complex digital transformation challenges through the use of intelligent document capture, content services, and process transformation solutions. We provide software, consulting and support services. This position is expected to be a solution sales executive with experience selling Accounts Payable (AP) and other FinTech solutions who can competently hunt for opportunities by creating demand, uncovering opportunities directly, and working with the existing sales and operations organization. Must be able to grow the business from the creation of opportunities through the closing of sales.
Responsibilities :Drive revenue from opportunity development through contract signingResponsible for net new clients (new logos) and add-on businessCreate opportunities through high-end prospecting, including the use of social media, networking and other methodsForge strong relationships with internal sales and operations team to drive opportunities as neededLead internal teams down the path to winning deals including sales, operations, professional services, HR and financeDevelop a large and diverse pipeline to ensure the achievement of the annual sales revenue budgetArticulate value of the MetaSource offerings in order to achieve targeted margin thresholdsNegotiate strong, profitable, and fair deals with clients and prospective clientsBuild high-level relationships with key decision-makers at the client and prospective client organizationsUtilize strong relationships with coaches and champions to provide insight that leads to winsMaintains a high level of activity first appointments, follow up appointments, networking meetings, proposals, etc.Prepare and present professional proposals / service solutions specific to the customer's needsActively participate in various sales and skills training, both company-provided and self-pacedAsk critical first, second and third level qualifying questions to understand what it will take to win a dealUtilize technology (like Salesforce.com) to track all activity related to the sales cycleRequirements
Extensive Sales background (5 to 10 years) with experience with selling complex solutionsExperience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Intelligent Document CaptureExperience selling Accounts Payable and other FinTech solutionsTrack record of success with a long sales cycle and with a consultative sellMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to present information effectively and respond to questions from the executive team and business clientsPreferred Qualifications
Expertise within Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, State, Local, and Education (SLED) industriesRemote work opportunities are only available in the following states : AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, ME, MI, MO, MN, NC, NE, NH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WI.
