Metrea Executive Aviation (MXA) has established itself as a versatile force in the business aviation industry, offering an array of specialized services. It operates four business units across the spectrum of business aviation. Providing Part 135 Charter, Aircraft Management, Part 145 Repair Services, and Fixed Based Operations (FBO). Essential Functions Statements
- Works directly with executive leadership to support all aspects of daily work routine.
- Maintains multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the different departments.
- Assist in company activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training, as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.
- Assist the executive leadership in the development of presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the President; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Keep the President advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- Schedule departmental meetings.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
