Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Operations Research Analyst to build and lead a team of analysts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in operational analysis, improving campaign modeling, and driving strategic decision-making through advanced analytical methods.
Role and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Operations Research Analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Strategic Analysis : Develop and implement advanced analytical models to solve complex operational problems across domains.
- Long-Term Strategy Development : Identify and develop long-term strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s growth objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize statistical analysis, simulations, and optimization techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Project Management : Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to identify and address operational challenges.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities and methodologies continuously.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
