Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Family Development Manager to lead and oversee the development of multi-family residential projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, project management, and an understanding of the construction process, market analysis, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of multi-family development, including site selection, due diligence, design, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, pro formas, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to execute project plans effectively.
- Entitlements & Approvals: Secure necessary entitlements and permits by coordinating with local government agencies and stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to assess feasibility and ensure projects align with market demand.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and review financial models, including pro forma development, cost estimation, and return-on-investment analysis.
