This position involves staff supervision, crisis management, training, documentation review, and program oversight to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records, with a commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision: Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and administrative support to team members.
- Crisis Management: Address and resolve urgent situations involving staff and clients.
- Training: Facilitate training sessions on electronic medical record (EMR) systems and best practices.
- Documentation Review: Ensure compliance with regulations, offering feedback and improvements where needed.
- Program Oversight: Manage departmental operations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Consultations: Conduct case consultations and monitor adherence to program guidelines.
- Representation: Act as a representative at community meetings, conferences, and training events.
- Team Development: Organize regular staff meetings to foster collaboration and team growth.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records, complete necessary documentation, and prepare detailed reports.
- Quality Management: Collaborate with the Total Quality Management Director to enhance service delivery.
- Compliance: Uphold agency policies, professional ethics, and regulatory standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Schedule
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Flexibility: Must work one late evening per week and occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Travel Requirements
- Occasional local travel is required.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $69,420 – $93,321 (based on licensure, experience, and supervisory or therapist background).
- Incentive Pay: Available.

Position Requirements
