Plumbing Technician

SEEKING LICENSED PLUMBER

Join us at Metro Heating & Cooling, a leading heating and air company in the Twin Cities! We are currently searching for a qualified and motivated Plumbing technician to join our growing company.

Job responsibilities

· Service and repair equipment in residences and some light commercial establishments; including tank water heaters, drain and water lines. plumbing fixtures, some tankless water heaters, gas lines, pipe modification.

· Address customer issues and ensure problem resolution

· Repairing and replacing defective equipment, components in addition to wiring

· Laying out and connecting electrical wiring between controls and equipment

· Obtaining and maintaining required certifications

· Provide excellent customer service

· Document work performed in accordance with company procedure

· Maintain and update knowledge of current plumbing code

Requirements

As an employee at Metro Heating & Cooling, LLC, you must comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. We are seeking a detail-oriented plumber with experience in residential services.

Additional requirements of the Plumbing Technician include:

· Minimum 2 years of verifiable field experience with strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Must be able to pass background test and drug test

· Must have customer service skills
