Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., ProCore, HeavyBid, Prolog) a plus
- Excellent project scheduling and coordination skills.
- Strong time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Knowledge of contract management principles within the construction industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
