Some have lost sight of that, but we haven't. We are looking for people who are going to spend their hours with our company making us stronger.

We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so there is no night time work. Our regular workday is 10 hours and can be longer when circumstances require it. Our busiest day is Saturday, so obviously we want our best people here on our busiest day. We regularly work 50-55 hours per week. Therefore, expect a lot of Saturday work. Compensation is distributed through hourly pay and quarterly bonuses. Hours worked over 40 are compensated as overtime pay.

The position we have open is for an Inside Salesperson / Management Trainee. We want someone who will ultimately manage one of our Mini-Storage/Truck Rental facilities. Our managers are promoted from within. Promotions are based on your performance.

As far as the selling goes, there is no cold calling or prospecting required . All of your sales will come from people calling you or coming in to see you. This is a great opportunity for a salesperson who loves to sell, but doesn’t like to prospect.
