**Job Summary:**
We are seeking enthusiastic Counselors to join our team for an upcoming summer camp program. As a Summer Program Counselor, you will play a key role in creating a safe and engaging environment for campers to learn, grow, and have fun.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities and outings
- Implement planned programs and activities to promote camper development
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive camp experience
**Qualifications:**
- willingness to engage with children for all shifts rotating between stations, indoor and outdoor sports, field trips etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with campers, parents, and fellow staff members
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment
