Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Metropolitan Holdings Limited. As an integral part of our development project, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and management of onsite construction activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain all sets of Drawings, Specifications, and Addendums in Procore, Project Shared Drive, and site office copies.
- Prepare document distributions to subcontractors.
- Provide technical support for the construction team, including design coordination meetings.
- Attend and document project meetings, including Subcontractor Progress Meetings, Internal Team Meetings, Bid Reviews, and OAC Meetings.
- Generate take-offs of plans to assist the Project Manager with subcontracts and job costing.
- Assist with construction schedule and weekly look ahead schedules preparation.
- Participate in implementing the on-site safety program and documenting/reporting safety violations.
- Procure trades and materials necessary for the project under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Maintain RFI and Submittals logs, tracking due dates and reporting delays.
- Submit, manage, and close out RFI's and Submittals, reviewing submissions before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
