Night AuditPhysical Job requirements :Stand and walk for extended periods of time, see and read a computer screen and printed material.Delivering Express check outs which consists of bending.Experience:High school diploma or equivalent. Has basic computer skills . Helpful if knowledgeable of Opera PMS system, but will train if not. Job Duties:Guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special request for guests.Answer phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and as fast as possible(no more than 3 rings).Prepare reports and communications to staff.Comfortable speaking with guests and colleagues.Conform to cash handling procedures at all times.processing of the Night audit accounting operations to ensure the financial controls, complianceof standards and regulations, customer satisfaction and protection of the guests and staff.providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
