Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dining operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and train servers and bartenders.
- Maintain high service standards and enforce company policies.
- Address customer concerns and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and team performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor inventory of menus, tableware, and dining essentials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle POS systems, daily sales reporting, and cash management.
- Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- 1 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, full flexibility in schedule.
