Responsibilities: This person will support financial and operational efficiency by managing billing processes, coding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. They will handle journal entries, verify data integrity, and oversee recurring support and maintenance agreements. This position assists with resolving billing issues, including cell phone discrepancies, by coordinating with vendors and phone companies. They will also ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while adhering to company policies and controlling all relevant data files.
What You’ll Do
- Process payments to telecom vendors for corporate accounts
- Analyze usage and run monthly reports
- Research opportunities to apply Corporate Telecom services for increased savings
- Resolve billing issues and assist other account owners with their billing issues
- Ensure proper coding and approvals
- Submit A/P worksheets to accounting
- Submit journal entries for billables
- Maintain recurring support maintenance and subscriptions
- Perform Librarian review for articles in ITS knowledgebase
- Update and maintain the mobile device and cellular plan tracking database.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work with MS Office products, excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills, problem-solving abilities
