This Intern experience provides participants with a meaningful, relevant work experience as part of their academic studies. In addition to daily responsibilities, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a series of structured activities designed to enhance their learning experience including:
The MFS Summer Internship program is a 10-12-week program, starting June 3rd and ending on August 8th. Students work full-time, Monday through Friday, 35- 40 hours per week and are paid hourly. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Internships are open to students who are rising seniors (class of 2026).
MFS is a hybrid work environment (with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days) unless otherwise stated in the job posting.

Principle Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and drive campus program events for both interns and co-ops. This includes, but is not limited to coordination of speakers, materials, and room set-up.
- Facilitate recruiting activities and events on/off campus including interview days and information session.
- Revamp MFS’ presence/brand awareness on Handshake
- Compile onboarding materials for newly hired employees
- Research information for the Talent Acquisition team, including competitive insights, new tools and technology, etc.
- Organize and execute major volunteer events including Global Week of Giving Back and Intern Volunteer Day
- Manage internal communications regarding volunteer programs with employees, nonprofit and community organizations.
- Research and present information on trends in Corporate Citizenship and Diversity to MFS Corporate Citizenship Committee
- Assist the HRBP team with presentations to senior leaders, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
- Distribute weekly reports to HR teams regarding hiring information and other HR-related activities.
- Use analytic and general system tools to conduct data analysis and discovery and identify trends and correlations to uncover insights.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Have a genuine interest in Human Resources and talent development
- Strong Microsoft office skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and meet deadlines
