Primary Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, and package various cannabis products
- Fill, pack, weigh, and fold pre-rolls
- Boxing and tubing of various cannabis products
- Operate packaging machines such as blister packaging and bag sealer
- Use the capping tool to perform the capping process
- Properly attach compliance stickers
- Package products following company standard of quality
- Follow SOPs and compliance processes
- Arrive on time for work as scheduled
- Help teammates complete tasks assigned by the manager and team lead
- Perform packaging and miscellaneous tasks assigned by the lead and manager
- Achieve daily production goals
- Follow 5s lean methods
- Perform various tasks in the packaging department
- Adhere to legal and company policies and procedures
- Clean and sanitize work area before and after use
- Perform quality assurance check as designated by SOPs.
- Reports to the Operations Manager

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- 1 year(s) experience working in "Back-of House" settings (i.e., warehouse, production, kitchen, maintenance/facilities) (Preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Excellent hand dexterity (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt, paid by the hour.
General Schedule:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30PM
- Opportunity for overtime
Work Location: This position is on-site, M-F. Employees must reliably commute to work. Our facility is in South Park, Seattle, WA (98108).
