Seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician for a large apartment community. Must possess a strong team building, organization and training skills.
Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry, etc.
Minimum of 5 years in maintenance
$24-$26 hourly pay, plus benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
