THE JOB:
As the Assistant General Manager for the restaurant, Prime, you'll partner with our General Manager to drive excellence in operations, inspire our service team, and create unforgettable moments for our guests.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including budgets, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing strategies to achieve profitability. Assist in developing and executing business plans.
- Support HR functions, including hiring, training, feedback, and compliance with policies, legal standards, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and manage feedback channels. Collaborate with the culinary team for seamless service.
- Implement policies, procedures, and training while upholding health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Ensure completion of compliance training.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu, products, and equipment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
