Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum - Maximum
$71,400.00 - $118,900.00
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.

The Schedule
- Shift: Evening (6 pm – 2 am), though it may vary based on business needs.
- Use effective strategies to keep employees motivated, create a positive work environment, address concerns, and keep top talent happy.
- Keep a constant flow of communication with employees, sharing important updates, listening to feedback, and setting an example by following company values.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help hourly employees grow in their careers while making sure team goals and standards are clear and met.
- Ensure the guest experience meets the company’s high service standards and leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Foster a culture of engagement and entertainment, holding employees accountable for delivering outstanding service in line with company values.
- Ensure team members follow company policies and departmental guidelines.
- Help manage employee schedules to ensure staffing levels meet service standards.
- Provide training on service and company programs, ensuring employees are set up for success.
- Stay organized, manage assigned projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Assign tasks to team members with a focus on delivering great guest service based on company values.
- Ensure all company equipment and sensitive items are accounted for during shifts.
- Protect company documents and sensitive information at all times.
- Assist the Shift Manager with training, handling employee performance issues, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Has a bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience in casino operations.
- Having been in a leadership role in casino operations for at least two (2) years is a plus.
- Consistently maintains an upbeat and positive demeanor.
- Prioritizes the success of the team, emphasizing collective goals and collaboration.
- Articulates ideas clearly and confidently.
- Remains flexible and open-minded, adjusting communication style or approach.
