THE JOB:
Join MGM Resorts as a Specialist Finance Shared Services and make an impact by supporting critical business processes through data entry, auditing, and analytical skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain innovative business solutions while delivering exceptional service to internal customers.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.60/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Complete daily departmental tasks, audit work for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
Foster strong relationships with internal customers, including property CFOs and operations teams.
Support and participate in the design, development, and measurement of departmental projects.
Assist in continuous improvement efforts through LEAN education and innovative ideas.
Adhere to departmental policies to ensure compliance and successful audits.
Demonstrate proficiency in systems and software to achieve business objectives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1 year of prior relevant experience required.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business) preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid (remote/in-office) position.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
