THE JOB:
The Vice President of Asian Marketing leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for high-value Asian casino customers. Key responsibilities include evaluating customer activity, providing tailored incentives, granting high marker limits, driving visitation, and fostering relationships with top players. The VP will also oversee promotional events, collaborate with internal teams, ensure compliance, and maintain customer confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have senior marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Asian market.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier players, meeting their needs and enhancing loyalty.
Evaluate customer activity and offer tailored incentives (room, food, events, free play, etc.) based on individual preferences.
Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns, leveraging cultural insights to target high-value players.
Collaborate with Casino Marketing, Player Development, and other teams to align strategies and deliver seamless service.
Track and assess the success of campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement efforts.
Lead and mentor marketing teams to achieve regional goals and drive business growth.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
4 Years of leadership experience in the casino marketing industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Ability to communicate effectively in the language of the assigned region (e.g., Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi, French, Italian, German, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish).
