Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Install fixtures and perform minor repairs as needed during the painting process.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and color preferences.
- Restore surfaces as necessary to maintain aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Assist in frame carpentry tasks when needed to support overall project completion.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in residential projects.
- Understanding of frame carpentry principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
