You will be responsible for providing superior customer service and support to MI Dealers, acting as the primary contact for assigned territory orders and inquiries. This position acts as a business liaison for the window distribution channel. This position is working in the office Monday-Friday full time. The hourly compensation is between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Inside Sales Representative job responsibilities Include :
- Responsible to work directly with customers from assigned accounts to provide information and take orders to meet customer’s needs.
- Answers telephone responds correctly to customer questions, and processes orders in a timely manner.
- Serves as liaison between internal and external customers (including sales, plant management & engineering) as needed to resolve any issues related to orders.
- Expedites the processing of special orders to satisfy customer deadlines.
- Collects and distributes new information about updated products, markets, procedures and / or management processes.
- Remain flexible, open, and positive when faced with challenging needs and customer demands.
- Performs clerical work including any additional administrative duties as assigned.
