College coursework may substitute for the required experience on a year -for-year basis.Recruitment NotesThis role provides essential paraprofessional administrative support to the Operational Support Services Division, ensuring the smooth daily operation of HCD. The position will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors by providing information about HCD programs, which are funded by Federal, State, and local governments, receiving and managing mail, packages, and parcels, controlling access to the 16th floor to ensure security protocols are followed, coordinating access to services on the 14th floor, and assisting the Finance and Accounting Division and Operational Support Services with light data entry, data management, and other tasks as assigned.
