What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing & Community Development Vacancy Trades Coordinator position at Miami-Dade Seaport Department?
Bachelor's degree. A minimum of two (2) years of professional administrative experience in a major component of public housing such as vacancy preparation, property management or policy development are required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Certification by a national public housing accrediting organization such as NAHRO, or NCHM must be obtained within one year of appointment.
