Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Four years of administrative experience to include supervisory experience are required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.
Preferences
Experience with capital project management, budget preparation, budget and financial reporting, the Integrated Financial Resources Management System (INFORMS), Budget Analysis Tool (BAT), and Capital Budget Analysis Tool (CBAT) is preferred.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office capital project programs, which includes technology, infrastructure, and construction projects. The position will also participate in the development and management of the operating and capital budget, including preparation of budget reports, forecasting, fiscal impact analyses, and project status reports.
