Together, both brands represent creativity, craftsmanship, and distinctive design, and we are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategies for both brands and drive growth across all channels.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns for  Michael Aram  and  Anabel Aram Jewelry . In this role, you will drive brand awareness, elevate brand positioning, and increase customer engagement across both home décor and fashion jewelry categories. You will lead a small marketing team, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, and e-commerce), and manage key marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning & Brand Development

  • Develop strategic marketing plans that align with both brand’s business objectives and customer acquisition goals.
  • Implement marketing strategies to build and strengthen the Michael Aram and Anabel Aram brands.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights to help guide brand decisions and identify growth opportunities.

2. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, print, influencer collaborations, and events.
  • Oversee the development of creative content, ensuring it aligns with each brand's identity and resonates with target audiences.
  • Work closely with external agencies, influencers, and partners to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Communicate strategy, goals & set KPIS for agency partners to set benchmarks & track performance.
  • 3. Digital & E-Commerce Marketing

  • Manage the digital marketing strategy for both brands, including SEO / SEM, email & SMS marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop strategies for driving online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices to optimize online presence and ensure competitive advantage.
  • 4. Content Creation & Communication

  • Develop and manage content calendars for both brands, ensuring a steady flow of fresh, engaging content across websites, social media, and email.
  • Create compelling copy for product launches, seasonal campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing platforms and ensure alignment with creative direction.
  • 5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing materials align with product launches and seasonality.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create impactful sales tools, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Ensure effective communication between marketing, sales, and PR teams to maximize brand visibility and market share.
  • 6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as brand awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates and insights on campaign progress and outcomes.
  • 7.  Social Media Management & Community Management :

  • Develop and manage the seasonal social media content plan that strategically aligns to the brand marketing plans
  • Plan, schedule & monitor both brand’s organic content
  • Daily community management to include monitoring platform direct messages, liking & commenting on posts & following other relevant accounts to maintain healthy audiences
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience :
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in luxury consumer brands, ideally within home décor, fashion, or jewelry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Skills & Expertise :
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand messaging and storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems, etc.) to track performance and adjust strategies.
  • A deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and with external partners.
