We are looking for a passionate, creative, and driven B2B Marketing Manager with a strong background and experience in HR services, B2B HR Tech, certifications, and workplace culture. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to elevate our certification packages, including badges, survey data, and analysis. You will design, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, support sales efforts, and drive our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Demand Generation, SEO & Conversion: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound demand generation strategies through content, SEO, social media, and paid marketing tactics (e.g., SEM, retargeting, ABM).

Content Strategy: Oversee the content calendar, collaborating with writers, web developers, and the product team to create impactful product marketing materials.

Community Development: Drive customer loyalty and engagement through webinars, newsletters, case studies, success stories, and surveys, while promoting certified companies and managing membership sites.

Sales & Product Support: Partner with sales to develop sales enablement content, manage drip campaigns, execute account-based marketing, and conduct market analyses to support revenue growth.

Field Marketing: Design and execute strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads through targeted field marketing efforts.

Project Management & Accountability: Lead remote teams using agile or EOS methodologies, ensuring timely project completion, high-quality results, and accountability. Conduct regular stand-ups, track progress with KPIs, and maintain focus on swift execution.

KPIs & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, optimizing for ROI, lead generation, and customer engagement.


Qualifications:


Experience: 3-5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within certification organizations, HR services, or consultative services. Experience in SaaS, HR tech, branding, or workplace culture is a plus.

Tools Expertise: Proficient with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms, and skilled in SEO, SEM, ABM, and marketing analytics.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading remote teams, driving projects with urgency, and ensuring high standards across all deliverables.

Project Management Expertise: Experience with agile or EOS methodologies, running KPI-driven meetings, and using project management tools to maintain focus and efficiency.

Proven Impact: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that significantly impact lead generation and sales growth.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Certifications: HubSpot Certification is highly preferred. Project Management certifications are a plus.
