This role involves overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Manage Fishbowl to keep track of inventory and price.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service management or a related field, as well as some experience with fishbowl.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
