**OFFICE ASSISTANT**
Well-established electrical contractor located in south Sarasota County seeking a full-time, dependable individual, to provide administrative support throughout our office. The ideal candidate would have an upbeat and pleasant demeanor and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls from a multi-line phone system with professional phone etiquette.
- Monitor inventory of and order office supplies.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and copying for office staff.
- Update databases; prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
- Prepare outgoing mail.
Requirements:
- Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks at hand in a timely manner.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and remain organized.
- Stress management skills.
- Ability to be proactive when issues arise.
- Strong phone skills.
- Maintain punctuality and strong attendance record.
