Job Description
- Work closely with the Co-Founders who are based in the Woodland office
- Oversee experiential marketing channels including: conferences, webinars, podcasts, & breakfast shows
- Conceptualize and host podcasts, webinars, and customer interviews to position the company as a thought leader in the industry
- Oversee event management; plan, coordinate, and execute in-person & virtual events
- Develop event themes, agendas, and logistics to align with business goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align themes with overall brand strategy
- Handle marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and related initiatives
- Oversee content creation, email marketing, and social media outreach to drive event registrations and engagement
- Manage the budget for online/in-person events and marketing activities
- Measure the success of brand-building activities and propose improvements

The Successful Applicant
- Completed Bachelors Degree is required
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event planning and customer engagement
- Proven experience in hosting successful in-person and virtual events
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand-building and storytelling
- Strongly proficient using Microsoft, Google Suite, Adobe
- Experience meeting KPIs
- Experience working for SaaS Platforms is a plus
- Experience in media content production is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site in The Woodland area
