About Our ClientOur client is a personal product care company that is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join their growing and fast-paced team in their White Plains office.Job DescriptionLead development and execution of brand innovation projects from beginning to end, working closely and in coordination with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, and Operations) to ensure that overall project goals, timelines, and objectives are met.Work closely with the sales team to develop programs & recommendations along with customized opportunities that allow for a win-win with our customers.Analyze and interpret the competitive environment and marketplace to learn how to optimize our product characteristics and performance in the market, taking advantage of opportunities and minimizing adverse trends.Collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional partners to manage projects with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, setting goals, planning milestones, defining priorities, and making decisions to overcome potential challenges.Assist Sr. Brand Manager in designing the 2-4 year innovation plan that ensures the future growth of the business and in preparing presentations for executive management to get project approval and funding as well as for customer visits.The Successful ApplicantAbility & willingness to commute to White Plains, New York on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights based on analysis.Strong presentation skills & experience in creating decks.Excellent experience using Microsoft Office - Excel & PowerPoint.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter.Must have brand management experience.Completed Bachelor's Degree.3 years of Brand Management experience within consumer goods, ideally personal care products.What's on OfferCompetitive benefits.Potential for 5-10% bonus.Permanent opportunity.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
