We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Sales Director to lead the sales efforts within a growing warehouse services division. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a high-performing sales team. Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy :

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and meet revenue targets for the warehouse services division.

  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team goals are achieved.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with potential clients, securing new business and closing high-value deals.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting :
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast revenue.

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to senior management, including sales reports and market insights.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure alignment between sales goals and service delivery.
  • The Successful Applicant

    Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (5 years) in a sales role, ideally in warehouse services.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue and expand market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience managing and motivating a sales team to achieve both individual and team goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Experience in B2B sales within warehouse or supply chain services.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or other logistics technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
