Our client is a well-established player in the Property industry. They are a large organization with a widespread presence across the United States, boasting a robust portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Description
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Profile
A successful Real Estate Accountant should have:
- Proven experience as an Accountant.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Yardi and Excel
- Awareness of business trends.
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
