Description

  • Project Oversight: Direct and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring all projects remain on target with schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.

  • Team Leadership: Guide and synchronize the efforts of construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors, nurturing a cooperative and high-performance work culture.

  • Safety Compliance: Rigorously enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards to sustain a work environment that prioritizes wellbeing.

  • Quality Assurance: Continually review construction activities to confirm adherence to project plans and industry benchmarks.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges or delays that emerge during the construction process.

  • Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between the construction site and project stakeholders, delivering regular, detailed updates.

  • Resource Management: Strategically manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity and efficiency.

  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of daily activities, progress reports, and project scope modifications to ensure transparency and accountability.

Profile

  • Extensive Field Experience: Over 10 years of practical civil construction experience, ensuring a robust foundation in industry practices.

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Proven ability to inspire and coordinate construction teams-including subcontractors and laborers-to maintain efficient workflows and meet project timelines.

  • Strategic Project Management: Expertise in planning, scheduling, and overseeing projects to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

  • Safety-First Mindset: Deep understanding of safety regulations and protocols, with a steadfast commitment to upholding a secure and accident-free work environment-one of the firm's core values.

  • Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage seamlessly with clients, engineers, and team members, fostering clarity and collaboration.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying potential issues early and implementing innovative solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD) and a strong grasp of construction drawings and specifications.

  • Adaptability Under Pressure: Ability to adjust to evolving project requirements and perform under pressure to consistently achieve project goals.

Job Offer

  • Base salary between $130-150K
  • Company vehicle or allowance
