The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Enforce and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members and stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide daily construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain open communication with project managers, owners, and architects to address and resolve any issues or changes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and documentation related to project progress.
• Lead, mentor, and support field teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure the use of construction management software, such as Procore and Bluebeam, for effective project tracking and coordination.
• Monitor and manage material and equipment deliveries to prevent delays and maintain project momentum.

Profile

The right Construction Superintendent will have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, with a preference for site work or ground-up experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage subcontractors and field teams effectively.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline.
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellence on every project.
