Description

Maintain strong client and architect relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct on-site problem-solving to address construction challenges while maintaining project timelines.
Manage site logistics, scheduling, and inspections to drive project success.
Profile
7 years of experience as a Superintendent, specifically in luxury custom homes in the $10M-$20M range.
