Our client is looking for an experienced Superintendent that has extensive experience with light industrial facilities, specifically mission critical and/or data center construction projects.

My client is a Top national ENR General Contractor that is building $50M-$500M projects nationally. While keeping a tight-knit culture, the business has seen impressive growth in the last few years. They have a client-centric focus and build almost exclusively large mission critical projects (ie healthcare, datacenter, and extensive MEP). The business is seeking a Project Manager with datacenter experience to join the team due to its rapid growth.
Description
- Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet or beat project completion date.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
- Has knowledge and experience with other trades scope of work.
- Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress
- Maintain job-site safety, health and cleanliness
- Daily inspection of construction site to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other applicable regulations.
- Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to produce issues and plan coordination problems prior to beginning construction of the project.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure project documentation and reports are complete
- Attend all necessary job-site meetings, whether on-site or off-site
- Manage the punch lists and close out of the project
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent
- OSHA 30 certified
- Experience leading and scheduling integrated teams
- General Contractor experience preferred
- Experience within Data Centers and / or Mission Critical Environments

- Base salary of $130,000-$160,000 depending on experience
