Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Organize event planning for company gatherings, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Provide administrative support to funeral directors.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in schedule management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge to handle A/P and A/R
- Experience with Quickbooks
