Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in office management, human resources, and vendor management. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient workplace while supporting professional staff and enhancing client family experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Organize event planning for company gatherings, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Provide administrative support to funeral directors.
  • Provide clerical support as needed, including correspondence, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a related field.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in schedule management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge to handle A/P and A/R
  • Experience with Quickbooks

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
