Responsibilities
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during catered events and special occasions.
- Monitor food preparation processes to guarantee quality and presentation standards are met consistently.
- Handle any customer complaints or feedback regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Experience with preparing and serving food for large groups (250 ) of people
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent skills in food service management and kitchen management.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and banquet service operations.
- Ability to manage inventory control effectively while minimizing waste.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Passion for culinary arts with a desire to help others develop their skills in the kitchen.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
