Preferred Qualification Requirements :
- Coaching experience (preferably head coach).
- Technical knowledge of all aspects of coaching football (offense, defense, special teams, strategies, etc.)
- Ability to work with athletes of diverse skill levels and socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
- Provide leadership in athletics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide organizational direction and administration for the football program.
- Be aware of conference and state rules governing football programs.
- Develop an off-season conditioning and strength program.
- Monitor academic progress of students involved in the program and assist in promoting these athletes to further their education beyond high school.
- Oversee and organize coaching staff at all levels.
- Collaborate with programs provided by local townships for students.
