The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate and dedicated educator with a deep commitment to middle school education and a strong belief in the power of relationships to transform student learning. This individual will have a solid foundation in curriculum development, instructional best practices, and the ability to implement innovative, student-centered teaching strategies that foster engagement and achievement. Supported by the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, the principal will ensure district systems and frameworks are implemented at the building level.
We are looking for a data-informed educator who can effectively analyze student performance to guide instruction, support continuous improvement, and create a culture of academic excellence. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including staff, students, families, and the broader community—are essential.
We are looking for a candidate who holds a valid School Administrator Certificate. The ideal candidate must have successful classroom teaching experience and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire both students and colleagues.
