What You'll Do:
- Ensure accuracy in billing operations, resolving discrepancies quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting both commercial and service billing needs.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain records and documentation to support seamless financial operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (QBOnline a plus!)
- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for solving problems and optimizing processes.
