Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Procurement Manager for a well-established company in the construction industry based in Las Vegas. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in procurement and construction to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact on the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services
- Ensure that all purchasing activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Evaluate and negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize cost savings and quality
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Implement best practices for procurement and continuously improve procurement processes
- Track and manage procurement budgets and ensure accurate reporting
- Provide training and support to junior procurement staff
