Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process for all our dealerships, ensuring we source high-quality goods and services at the most competitive prices. This includes developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and budget.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new and existing suppliers for a variety of automotive-related goods and services (parts, materials, equipment, maintenance, etc.).
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize procurement spend across all dealerships.
- Oversee the contracting process, ensuring all agreements are legally sound and meet company standards.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential risks in the supply chain.
- Manage and develop a team of procurement professionals.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and regulations.
