Job Description
This is primarily an office/desk position, where the majority of the work is done on a computer. Daily administrative tasks will be performed including general office, light accounting and other administrative requests depending on the needs of the business. An exceptionally high degree of detail orientation is necessary for success in this position.
Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week (flexible to accommodate workload) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM,
Monday through Friday. Earlier or later hours, overtime, and weekends, as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
- Detail oriented including accurate data entry with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- One or two years of experience in clerical administrative type work.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or other accounting software a plus.
- Ability to be a forward thinker and problem solver using sound judgement.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Able to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong computer skills including excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand the business, terminology, and use of data.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work cooperatively with others in a small-company environment.
- Ability to provide excellent, consistent customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Performing general bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Assist with human resources administrative functions, as needed.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, and presentations.
- Interact directly with lab staff and customers via phone, email and in person.
- Could perform general office duties such as answering and routing phone calls, processing and routing mail, coordinating and maintaining calendars and appointments, ordering and receiving support and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide administrative support and other duties as needed for the facility, with the direction of Team Lead.
