KMSC - Disassembler * 2nd Shift

The Tire Mold Disassembler is responsible for safely and efficiently disassembling tire molds for maintenance, cleaning, or storage.

2nd Shift = 3:30pm - 12:00am

Essential Functions

• Disassemble tire molds using appropriate tools and techniques
• Inspect mold components for damage or excessive wear
• Clean parts and prepare them for reassembly or further processing
• Accurately label and organize disassembled parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing-floor setting.
• Climate-controlled workspace.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Regular use of equipment.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• The worker is subject to bodily injury from exposure to heavy-duty equipment.

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing space.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching to access different areas of machinery and equipment.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic working knowledge of manufacturing principles and quality control methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
