Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Compile data for comprehensive monetization and business strategies for existing and emerging markets. Develop an understanding of Microsoft’s product portfolio to analyze strategic priorities, competitive position, gaps, and potential opportunities. Support and review business intelligence data related to product roadmaps, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to ensure effective business outcomes. Telecommute work permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic area as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a technology-related field.
- Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in eCommerce program management and in building reports and dashboards for tracking and analyzing production operations.
- Specific Skills Requirements: Must include at least 60 months of experience driving global product launches and online experiences across global markets; Partnering with multiple business stakeholders on requirements, assets and content to streamline production execution; at least 36 months of experience determining and setting the KPIs (Key Performance Index) to evaluate production execution performance and closely monitor and track them on monthly and quarterly basis; at least 24 months of experience driving UI and API automation and innovation across processes and tools to optimize for quality, agility and efficiency; Apply program insights to explore new opportunities, identify gaps and facilitate product launches; at least education or experience in Adobe Experience Manager CMS platform to facilitate feedback for new feature improvements and enhancements and Streamline and set process related to localization and accessibility of the site pages to meet the necessary standards.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSKBP17679), in Redmond, WA is $168,800 to $198,800.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
